Most of my working life has been about the distance between what a product demo shows and what survives in production. The brand of work I take on reflects that: fractional-CTO engagements with founders shipping AI-native products, where the customer problem has to make sense before any model is called.

I build from problems I can't ignore. That's when I'm at my best.

Outside of work: self-hosted photo storage, keeping a small but patient garden, and reading. Based in Bengaluru.
